The handicap bathroom went beyond my expectations. The shower and shower seat were the best I have ever experienced. The lamp on the desk was fantastic for all the gadgets I needed for plugging in my hearing aid, cochlear implant batteries, heat unit for cochlear implant processor, and charger. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast, Rooms were clean (we booked two connected rooms), Plenty of towels as we had asked for, Staff was very nice and courteous. Beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows were great! I actually looked up the brand to try and buy them myself :-)

spacious rooms, clean, friendly personnel, breakfast was good for US, excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. if you like to go running: there is the Santa Cruz trail nearby (flat, well signed, no cars)
